I think the answer is a resounding NO, and I'll show you why. For a while I entertained the idea of them, and I still think that in shorts length they can work, but this is a whole different problem: the shiny black jumpsuit.
Who came up with this idea?! Who does it look good on? No one, I think, is the appropriate answer. If you take someone young, like Amber Tamblyn, and make her look 35, that's bad.
If you take someone usually sexy (Agent Provocateur, anyone?) and make her look boring and slightly pot bellied, that's also bad.
A Kardashian should have known better than to wear a one-piece anything else that could her hips/thighs/butt look ginormous, so that's just a given that it would be bad.
And don't even get me started on the bloomer capri ones. That's just a very bad idea in all regards.
